Gender Sensitization Sessions at Chandra Shekhar Azad GBSSS
Asha Counselor conducted impactful Gender Sensitization sessions at Chandra Shekhar Azad GBSSS, New Friends Colony, Delhi (School ID: 1925005) on 28th August 2024. The sessions were organized for all sections of Class 7 and were facilitated by two experienced counselors, Usha Madam and Jaya Joshi. Both sessions focused on helping students understand respect across genders, promote healthy interactions, break stereotypes, and create a more inclusive school environment. The counselors used simple, age appropriate examples and interactive discussions to ensure that the young learners could understand and apply these concepts in their daily lives. Following the successful completion of the program, the school expressed its appreciation through a formal letter acknowledging the efforts of Asha Counselor and recognizing the positive impact the sessions had on the students.
