Dr. Sapna Zarwal
Introduction
I am Dr. Sapna Zarwal, a dedicated psychologist and certified relationship
coach with over 20 years of professional experience in supporting emotional
and mental well-being. My journey in the mental health field has been shaped
by a unique blend of science and compassion. I integrate evidence-based
therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and
Compassion-Focused Therapy to address the complexities of human emotions and
relationships.
With a Ph.D. and MSc in Psychology, along with certifications in
Relationship Coaching and Art Therapy, my Counselling approach is deeply
client-centered, professional, and grounded in ethical integrity. I support
individuals, couples, and families through a range of life transitions,
emotional struggles, and psychological patterns—with care, strategy, and
respect.
My focus is not just on helping clients cope, but on empowering them to
thrive. From managing anxiety and depression to offering support in chronic
illness and parenting challenges, I create a therapeutic space where healing
