Shreya Sharma

Introduction

II hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and have cultivated a strong foundation in therapeutic practice through extensive fieldwork and internships in diverse mental health settings. With a passion for understanding the human experience and creating meaningful change, I approach each client with empathy, active listening, and a commitment to ethical care.
My hands-on training includes psychological assessments, client history-taking, case discussions, and conducting psychoeducational sessions. I’ve worked in hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and schools—helping to bridge clinical knowledge with community-based mental health outreach. While I am still exploring a specific area of expertise, I have a growing interest in adolescent counseling, emotional wellness, and advocacy through education.
“In every conversation lies the potential for healing, growth, and self-discovery.”
