Introduction
My journey into psychology began with a deep interest in understanding human behaviour, emotions, and the factors that shape mental wellbeing. Over the years, this passion evolved into a meaningful career dedicated to supporting individuals—children, adolescents, and adults—overcome emotional challenges and achieve personal growth.
Through my work in clinics, hospitals, schools, online platforms, and rehabilitation centres, I have gained extensive real-time experience in psychological assessments, counselling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions including CBT, REBT, and behaviour therapy.
Every client session has strengthened my commitment to mental health. The positive transformations, trust, and feedback from clients continue to inspire me, and my journey as a psychologist grows with every opportunity to support someone in need.
