Sanjana Kataria

Introduction

I began my journey with a deep passion for understanding human emotions, behaviour, and mental wellbeing. Over time, this passion grew into a strong commitment to support individuals and families through empathetic listening and practical psychological guidance.

With a background in applied psychology, mass communication, and digital media, I offer a unique blend of clinical understanding and effective communication. My experience in government hospitals strengthened my skills in patient handling, MSE, assessments, therapies, and emotional support.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where people can express themselves freely, heal emotionally, and develop healthier coping skills. My goal is to make mental wellness accessible, compassionate, and transformative.
