"Before I say goodnight, I wanted to express my gratitude. Gratitude is always a task for me. Two things I'm grateful for: shifting to dalia has helped my indigestion, and my normal sleep pattern has been restored. I've been able to sleep without anxiety medication, which is a huge relief. The past two days have been challenging, but I've been managing. Yesterday was tough, and I mentioned it in my voice message. Today was also triggering, but I'm grateful for the Kumbhaka technique you suggested. Holding my breath and releasing it has been really helpful. Since I've done it, pranayama before, I can hold my breath for 1-2 minutes, which gives me relief. Also bharhamari been helpful. When I feel vulnerable and overwhelmed, this technique helps. I'm able to manage my triggers better now. I've started going for walks and visiting the Shiva temple, which is positive. I won't say I've become trigger-free, but I'm learning to manage my anxiety and panic. My indigestion is resolving, and I'm sleeping better without pills. I'm feeling sleepy now, and it's a big deal that I can even complete this message. I'm also managing my emotions better, although I still need to work on writing them. The past two days have been tough, but I think I'll start working on it from tomorrow. Thanks for all your help. Goodnight."
